Privacy notice

This notice explains what Proven Revenue does with the details you give us through this site. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your first and last name, your work email address, your company, and, if you add them, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your address and whatever you choose to put in your note.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That may mean preparing the reach proof you asked for and replying to arrange a call about it. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for. If you reply stop at any point, we will not contact you again.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months so we have a record of the conversation, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them. Only the people handling your request can see them.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts load from a font service so the pages display correctly.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Write to mary.ward@provenrevenue.co, or use the contact form, and tell us what you would like done. We will confirm once it is done.
